PAVOL Sekáč

Managing Partner

Pavol seizes and develops business opportunities while bringing endless optimism and ideas as he identifies and eliminates hidden pitfalls that could potentially scuttle a project or expose a client to risk. Over the course of his more than 15-year professional career starting in 2004, he negotiated and later managed a family-owned UK real-estate business before, in 2008, moving on to a corporate IBM controlling position in Slovakia. His lifetime of accounting and tax expertise, mixing well with his high-level inborn management and negotiation skills, makes for deal-brokering qualities many customers value and appreciate.

PETER Šebest

PETER is an experienced auditor and detail-oriented accounting professional with over 20 years of field experience in multiple industries and technical expertise in financial reporting and GAAP, business compliance, workflow processes and risk management. Having worked at various consulting companies including a Big Four accounting firm, Peter has proven external auditing experience with complex multi-entity clients in commerce and industry as well as financial institutions. He is well-versed in analyzing company fundamentals, project management and due diligence, as well as having facilitated numerous mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations for both institutions and private investors

Natália Švejdová

Analyst

Natália deals with business consulting, due diligence and financial analyses. In 2019, she graduated at the Department of Information Management of the University of Economics in Bratislava with a PhD. In addition to the study, she dealt with financial analyses, expert opinions and led training in the field of information technology. Currently, she attends specialized training for experts and is waiting to be registered in the list of experts of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic.

He has substantial experience with clients operating within automotive industry, energy sector, pharmaceutical industry as well as with service providers. He focuses primarily on VAT, corporate income tax and international tax matters.
